Councilmember Kuzma introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #19-109 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONSERVATION AND TRAIL EASEMENT <br />FOR GREEN VALLEY GREENHOUSE <br />WHEREAS, The City Council approved an amended Conditional Use Permit to permit <br />an expansion of Green Valley Greenhouse, contingent upon entering into a Development <br />Agreement outlining required Development Fees; and <br />WHEREAS, Green Valley Greenhouse has agreed to terms outlined in the draft <br />Development Agreement. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the City Council hereby approves the Development Agreement with Green Valley <br />Greenhouse and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to sign on behalf of the City. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Riley, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember Riley <br />Councilmember Heinrich <br />Councilmember Musgrove <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />Existing Vacancy <br />Existing Vacancy <br />
