Patrick Hampton, 15551 Potassium Street NW, stated that he has been a residentof Ramsey since <br />1963 and is the current owner of the property. He stated that this proposal would be almost <br />identical with what he wanted to do with the property and was told that he could build up to 11 <br />units on the property. He stated that unfortunately he has to sell the property because of medical <br />issues. He stated that he has been patiently waiting for this and needs the funds. He asked if the <br />process could be streamlined so that the project can move forward and he can receive some relief <br />from hisfinancial situation. <br />7. COMMISSION / STAFF INPUT <br />7.01: Receive Staff Update <br />The Staff Update was noted. <br />Community Development Director Gladhill provided a brief update on recent development <br />activity. <br />8. ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Commissioner Anderson,seconded by Commissioner VanScoy,to adjourn the meeting. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bauer, Commissioners Anderson, VanScoy, Gengler, <br />Peters, and Woestehoff. Voting No: None.
