ORDINANCE #19-16 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 117WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br />SUBDIVISIONSCHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 117-90"MAP" OF CHAPTER 117OF THE CITY <br />CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br />SECTION 1.AMENDMENT <br />The following legally described properties, or portions thereof,generally known as Anoka County PID 20- <br />32-25-31-0002 arehereby rezoned from R-1 Residential (MUSA) to a mix of R-1 Residential (MUSA) and <br />R-2 Residential (Detached Villa). <br />Outlot A, Alpha Development <br />The following legally described properties or portions thereof, generally known as Anoka County PID 19- <br />32-25-41-0004 are hereby rezoned from R-1 Residential (Rural Developing) to a mix of R-1 Residential <br />(MUSA) and R-2 Residential (Detached Villa). <br />That part of Outlot C, Northfork lying in eastern half of Section 19, Township 32, Range 25 <br />rd <br />and lying southerly of centerline of 153Ave NW (Alpine Drive NW), except that part platted <br />as Northfork Links Addition, excluding road, subject to easement of record. <br />(The “Subject Property”) <br />SECTION 2.MAP <br />The City is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey Zoning Map", <br />which map was adopted pursuant to Section 117-90 of the Ramsey City Code. <br />SECTION 3.EFFECTIVEDATE <br />This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section <br />5.04. <br />th <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota the 14 day of January, 2020. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />
