Quad Logic is in the ATV Parts and
Accessories business sector and will be moving its operation here to Ramsey. The City worked
with Anoka County and the broker community to find a suitable site for the Maple Grove business
to relocate to Ramsey. Staff has been working on this project since August of 2019. Quad Logic
will begin the process of remodeling the building and moving its operation to Ramsey. Welcome
to the City of Ramsey Quad Logic.
Opportunity to Recycle Your Extra Cardboard. The City of Ramsey is working with ACE
Solid Waste to provide an opportunity to recycle your extra cardboard that always seems to pile
up this time of year. There will be a dumpster at the Public Works Campus, 14100 Jaspar St NW,
through January 17, 2020, for residents to recycle cardboard. Cardboard should still be broken
down and flattened to save space in the dumpster, but there is no need to bundle them with twine.
There is no cost to take advantage of this opportunity. We encourage all residents to recycle that
extra cardboard rather than putting it in the garbage. Other paper products, such as newspaper,
magazines, cereal boxes, etc., are acceptable too, but please do not place any non-paper materials
in the dumpster(no cans, bottles, plastic jugs, etc.).
Recycle Your Old Holiday Lights at Ramsey City Hall. Discovered old or broken strands of
lights while decorating your home for the holidays? Rather than tossing your old strings of lights
in the garbage or recycling (they are not acceptable in the curbside recycling program as they get
tangled in the machinery that sorts the various materials), bring them to the Ramsey Municipal
Center during regular business hours(Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm)to recycle them for
free. Drop-off bins for old holiday lights, as well as electric cords, telephone cords, and
appliance cords, will be located in the lobby of the Ramsey Municipal Center now through the
end of January, 2020!
