<br />Councilmember Kuzma introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #19-264 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT #20-02, 2020 OVERLAY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br />the City of Ramsey proposes to overlay street segments within the <br />residential developments of Klemish, Klemish and Flores, Sunfish Square, Sunfish Square 2nd <br />Addition, Windemere Woods, and Windemere Woods 2nd Addition in 2020, and to assess <br />benefitted properties for all or a portion of the cost of the improvements, pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes Chapter 429, the City Charter, and the City’s adopted Special Assessments Policy. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the proposed improvements, designated as Improvement Project #20-02, be <br />referred to the City Engineer for study, and that the City Engineer is instructed to <br />report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary <br />way as to whether the proposed improvements are necessary, cost-effective, and <br />feasible; whether they should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some <br />other improvement; the estimated cost of the improvements as recommended; and a <br />description of the methodology used to calculate individual assessments for benefitted <br />properties. <br /> <br />The motion of the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Musgrove and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember Musgrove <br />Councilmember Heinrich <br />Councilmember Menth <br />Councilmember Riley <br />Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
