CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor LeTourneau called the City Council Work Session to order at 6:42 p.m. <br />2. TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br />2.01: Continued Discussion of 2020-2029 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) <br />Finance Director Lund reviewed the staff report. <br />Councilmember Riley referenced the Ramsey Boulevard rail separation project cost estimate <br />projected over the next three years. He stated that it does not seem likely that element is going to <br />move forward that quickly and suggested the project be moved to 2023. <br />City Engineer Westby agreed that it would make sense to modify the CIP to reflect the Highway <br />10 improvement projects as those rail project and frontage road improvements would occur in <br />conjunction with the Highway 10 project.
