Generally, <br />these losses are a direct result of population <br />density, commercial development, or housing <br />density/ value. <br />Within the discussion of each hazard in Section 4.3 <br />Hazard Analysis, the narrative identifies those <br />municipalities and specific areas of the county that <br />have increased vulnerability and impact to that <br />hazard and notes the factors contributing to an <br />increased impact or vulnerability.
