Councilmember Riley stated that the issue of road financing has been deferred in setting the <br />budget up in this manner and therefore the Council has the anticipation of further discussing that <br />topic in the near future. He suggested that the issue be tackled early in 2020. <br />Councilmember Kuzma stated that the funding for the public works facility will also have an <br />impact on the future years budgets. <br />4.
