Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #19-292 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2020 CITY OF RAMSEY GENERAL FUND <br />OPERATING BUDGET <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2019 <br />is hereby adopted for the General Fund as follows: <br />GENERAL FUND <br />Revenues: <br />Property Taxes $ 10,625,932 <br />Licenses and Permits 633,300 <br />Intergovernmental Revenues 405,595 <br />Charges for Services 666,162 <br />Fines and Forfeitures 55,500 <br />Other Revenues - <br />Interest Earnings 100,000 <br />Miscellaneous 21,100 <br />Other Financing Sources 796,000 <br />Total Revenues $ 13,303,589 <br />Operating and Capital Expenditures: <br />General Government $ 3,600,556 <br />Public Safety 6,075,072 <br />Public Works 2,176,741 <br />Parks and Recreation 1,329,847 <br />Contingency 15,000 <br />Other Financing Uses 106,373 <br />Total Operating and Capital Expenditures $13,303,589 <br />2) That the City Finance Director be directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to <br />the Anoka County Auditor's office on or before Tuesday, December 31, 2019 <br />3) That all contractual agreements contained within the 2020 General Fund Budget will be <br />considered ratified. <br />4) That all itemized capital equipment purchases contained within the 2020 General Fund <br />Budget will be considered ratified. <br />
