Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #19-264 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #20-02, <br />2020 OVERLAY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to overlay street segments within the <br />residential developments of Klemish, Klemish and Flores, Sunfish Square, Sunfish Square 2nd <br />Addition, Windemere Woods, and Windemere Woods 2nd Addition in 2020, and to assess <br />benefitted properties for all or a portion of the cost of the improvements, pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes Chapter 429, the City Charter, and the City's adopted Special Assessments Policy. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the proposed improvements, designated as Improvement Project No. 20-02, be <br />referred to the City Engineer for study, and that the City Engineer is instructed to report <br />to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to <br />whether the proposed improvements are necessary, cost-effective, and feasible; whether <br />they should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement; <br />the estimated cost of the improvements as recommended; and a description of the <br />methodology used to calculate individual assessments for benefitted properties. <br />The motion of the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Resolution #19-264 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
