Attached Townhome Development Open House - The community is invited to attend an Open <br />House Thursday, February 6, from 5:30 to 6:30 pm in the Alexander Ramsey Room at Ramsey <br />City Hall, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, for a proposed 26-unit attached townhome development on <br />Nowthen Blvd. and 146th Ave. NW. The Developer and City Staff will be in attendance to hear <br />any ideas or feedback related to the proposal. All are welcome to attend. Please note, this is an <br />open house and there is no formal presentation, so attendees may arrive at any time. A formal <br />invitation will follow to residents near the project site. <br />Manganese Concentrations in City Well Water — Each month, the City's Utilities department <br />tests its municipal well water for manganese concentrations. In January, the department took a <br />sample at 15 locations throughout the City. All of the 15 locations sampled tested below the <br />Minnesota Department of Health's safety guidelines of 100 parts per billion (ppb) or less. The <br />highest result recorded was.40 ppb. Attached to <br />the Weekly Update is the January 2020Manganese Concentration Map. <br />Ace Solid Waste Expansion: Ace Solid Waste, Inc., 6601 McKinley St NW, has recently <br />completed a 16,000 square foot facility expansion for their new transfer station. Have you discovered old or <br />broken strands of lights while decorating your home for the holidays? Bring them to the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center during regular business hours (Monday — Friday, 8:00 am to <br />4:30 pm) and recycle them for free! Drop-off bins for old holiday lights, as well as electric <br />cords, telephone cords, and appliance cords, will be located in the lobby of the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center now through the end of January, 2020! <br />
