2.4 SURVEY OF MUNICIPAL ENGINEERS <br />An eight-question survey of Minnesota city and county engineers on their chip sealing practices was <br />performed during Fall 2015. One-hundred twenty nine engineers responded to the survey, which was <br />coordinated online by engineers at the City of Woodbury. The questions are indicated in Table 2. A <br />summary of responses is provided in the results of Chapter 3. Full responses are provided in Appendix K. <br />Table 2.
