CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor LeTourneau called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:00 p.m., <br /> followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor LeTourneau. <br /> 2. PRESENTATION <br /> 2.01: Recognize Ramsey Elementary Student Essay Winners <br /> Mayor LeTourneau provided background on the essay contest for Ramey Elementary School <br /> students in which the students were asked to describe the things that make Ramsey Elementary a <br /> great school and how the school is preparing the students to be leaders in the community. <br /> Amy Reed, Ramsey Elementary Principal thanked Mayor LeTourneau and the City Council for <br /> providing this opportunity to recognize the third-grade students tonight.
