Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #20-020 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING REGISTERED LAND SURVEY FOR 9340 HIGHWAY 10 NW <br />WHEREAS, Greg Bauer, hereafter referred to as "Applicant", properly applied for approval of a <br />Registered Land Survey of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />and; <br />Lot 6, Block 1, Auditors Subdivision, Anoka County, Minnesota and; <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an Application for Registered Land Survey on December 13, 2019; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Registered Land Survey on January 28, 2020; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the submitted Registered Land Survey contingent upon <br />the following conditions <br />a. Conformance with Staff Review and approval by the City Attorney <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 28th day of <br />January, 2020. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />
