3. By Friday, February 28, 2020 the Property Owner will have no more than one <br />inoperable/currently tabbed vehicle on the property and failure to do so will result in a <br />notice of abatement being issued for the removal of those vehicles from the property <br />which are non -compliant. Staff will work with the Property Owner to identify which <br />vehicles would be removed if removal is required. <br />4. By Wednesday, May 15, 2020 the Property Owner will clean up the miscellaneous <br />household items including tables, chairs, couch, and automotive parts currently stored <br />outside in the backyard and that the City Council direct Staff to coordinate with the <br />Property Owner and possible volunteer groups to administer the cleanup effort. <br />5. By Monday June 1, 2020 the property owner will apply for a Private Kennel License to <br />maintain more than three (3) dogs on the property. Staff inspected four dogs on the <br />property on July 17, 2019 each of which appeared in good health and each was friendly. <br />A kennel license is reviewed by City Staff and approved of by City Council. A public <br />hearing is required when reviewed by the City Council. <br />6. That future violations of the same will result in financial penalties as allowed by <br />approved rates and charges. <br />7.
