ORDINANCE #15-05 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF RAMSEY TO SELL/CONVEY <br />THIRTY-FIVE (35) PARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY. <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br />SECTION 1. PURPOSE <br />It is the purpose of this Ordinance to authorize the City of Ramsey to convey certain real property <br />which the City Council has determined is no longer necessary for the City's purposes. This <br />Ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of Section 12.5 of the City Charter. <br />SECTION 2.
