New Horizon Academy, located at 7800 Sunwood Dr NW, has opened <br />a new facility (in the location formerly known as Stone Brook Academy). New Horizon Academy <br />is a Minnesota -owned, nationally accredited company that has been offering child care and <br />preschool services for over 45 years. Attached to the Weekly Update is a <br />Welcome Letter to New Horizon Academy. <br />Knoll Properties LLC (Anderson-Dahlen) Purchase Agreement Terminated. January 31, <br />2020 was the last day of the "Inspection Period" for the Purchase Agreement. Knoll Properties <br />LLC did not issue a "Notice to Proceed" which effectively terminated the Purchase Agreement. <br />As a result, the City is required to return the $67,500 in Earnest Money held in Escrow. The EDA <br />and Public Works Committee will be evaluating the future use of this property.
