CC Work Session 2. 4. <br />Meeting Date: 02/11/2020 <br />Information <br />Title: <br />Note Additional Policy Projects and Development Proposals of Interest <br />Purpose/Background: <br />Staff notes the following policy analysis and development proposals of note that will be forwarded to future <br />meetings. <br />1. Multifamily Housing Land Use Planning and Policy (at the request of City Council) - attempting to schedule <br />for the February 24 Work Session as time allows <br />2. Trott Brook North Development proposal <br />Trott Brook North Development Proposal <br />The City has met with a Developer with an active purchase agreement on a large tract of land owned by Makowsky <br />Family Farms north of the Brookfield Neighborhood and Trott Brook near the new Brookside Elementary School. <br />Staff anticipates a similar discussion to the Riverstone South discussion from this evening.
