CC Work Session 2. 3. <br />Meeting Date: 02/11/2020 <br />Information <br />Title: <br />REVISED: Discuss Policy Direction on Outlot C, Northfork Development Proposal; Case of BK Land Development <br />Purpose/Background: <br />Note: this case was updated on February 10 to add additional attachments from the Developer. <br />The purpose of this case is to discuss the appropriate land use transition for development of Outlot C, Northfork. <br />The Planning Commission and City Council have both reviewed this concept plan. There is not yet full consensus <br />on support for this project, largely centered on the mix of lot sizes. <br />Primary Policy Question <br />.
