the property owner indicated that the Tan Van license plate 123-PLT, Silver <br />Honda License Plate 446-XNK and Blue Pontiac License Plate 752-PHA are the <br />ones which should be removed from the property. <br /> <br />By Friday, February 28, 2020 the Property Owner will have no more than one <br />c. <br />inoperable/currently tabbed vehicle on the property and failure to do so will result <br />in a notice of abatement being issued for the removal of those vehicles from the <br />property which are non-compliant. Staff will work with the Property Owner to <br />identify which vehicles would be removed if removal is required. <br /> <br />By Wednesday, May 15, 2020 the Property Owner will clean up the <br />d. <br />miscellaneous household items including tables, chairs, couch, and automotive <br />parts currently stored outside in the backyard and that the City Council direct Staff <br />to coordinate with the Property Owner and possible volunteer groups to <br />administer the cleanup effort. <br /> <br />By Monday June 1, 2020 the property owner will apply for a Private Kennel <br />e. <br />License to maintain more than three (3) dogs on the property. Staff inspected four <br />dogs on the property on July 17, 2019 each of which appeared in good health and <br />each was friendly. A kennel license is reviewed by City Staff and approved of by <br />City Council. A public hearing is required when reviewed by the City Council. <br /> <br />That future violations of the same will result in financial penalties as allowed by <br />f. <br />approved rates and charges. <br /> <br />That the City Council reserves the right to escalate future violations directly to <br />g. <br />District Court for Temporary Restraining Order. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Heinrich, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br /> <br /> Mayor LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Menth <br /> Councilmember Heinrich <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br />RESOLUTION #20-025 <br /> <br />87 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br /> <br />
