The .prospects include a bindery, a rigging company and a general <br />manulhcturer. More details will follow as we gain specifics on the potential projects. <br /> <br />New Developments (residential and commercial): <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will 'be reviewing the following application requests at their April 7th <br />and April 21st meetings: <br /> <br />Request lbr an Interim Use Permit; Case of Robert Guzzo, related to location of accessory <br />structure closer to the property line than the house <br /> <br />Public I {caring and Request for an Amendment to the TC-2 Zoning District Regarding <br />Accessory Gas Operations; Case of Coborns, Inc., Coborns is requesting 4 gas pumps instead <br />of the approved 3 <br /> <br />Request lbr Sketch Plan Review of Falconer's Ridge 2nd Addition;Case of Eliot Schaeffer, <br />Silhouette Homes, creating one lot <br /> <br />Request l'br Site Plan Review of Town Center Gardens 3rd AdditiOn Case of Brightkeys, Inc., <br />preliminary plat was reviewed by the Planning Commission in March, due to some outstanding <br />issz~ex related to the site plan, the Planning Commission tabled action and will review it at their <br />/fl.ql 7'~' meeting. <br /> <br />Request t;br Preliminary Plat and Site Plan ApprOval of Rum River Estates; Case of National <br />©rowth, LLC, proposing to create 24 detached townhouse units on the property located south of <br />/ 5 7th /l Penu and north of Pota,~sium Street. <br /> <br />Request to Rezone Property from R-1 Single Family Residential to Planned Unit Development; <br />Case o1' National Growth, LLC <br /> <br />Request lbr Preliminary Plat and Site Plan Approval of Shade Tree Cottages; Case of Shade Tree <br />Communities, LLC, proposing to create 26 detached townhouse units and 16 single family lots <br />on lhe property located east of County Road 5, south of157~h Avenue, and west of Potassium <br />,5'lreel <br /> <br />15 <br /> <br /> <br />
