INTRODUCTION <br /> <br />2.1 Authorization <br />Preparation of this feasibility report was authorized by the Ramsey City Council on December 10, <br />2019 <br /> <br />2.2 Program Overview <br />This project is designated as 2020 Pavement Overlay Improvements, Improvement Project No. 20- <br />02. <br /> <br />This feasibility report explores proposed bituminous pavement mill and overlay improvements to <br />approximately 19,612 square yards of public streets within several residential neighborhoods of <br />the City. The street segments were proposed to receive 2-inch bituminous mill and overlay <br />improvements.
