North Star's minimum insurance requirements are as follows: <br /> <br />Public Liability Insurance: $1,000,000 Comprehensive General Liability <br />(including assault and battery) <br /> <br />Business Auto Policy with all coverages (all vehicles) with $1,000,000 limits. <br /> <br />Garage Keepers Legal Liability <br /> <br />Worker's Compensation Insurance covering all employees of North Star, or its <br />agents, working under this Agreement in accordance with the Minnesota <br />Workers' Compensation Law. <br /> <br /> 9. TERMINATION. Either party may terminate this Agreement with or without <br />cause upon thirty (30) days written notice. <br /> <br /> 10. SEPARABILITY. In case any one or more of the provisions contained in <br />this Agreement shall be held invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the validity, <br />legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions contained herein and any other <br />application thereof shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby. <br /> <br /> 11. NOTIFICATION INFORMATION.
