Norman, City Administrator <br />Backgrountl: <br /> <br /> 'l'hc 2005 Mayor's Prayer Breakfast was held on Friday, March 18th at Constance Free Church <br />in Andover. 'Fhc City of Andover has requested assistance from the City's of Anoka and Ramsey for <br />payment ot.the speaker fee for the event in the amount of $300.00.
