0.-lq <br /> <br />Cotmci tmembcr introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #05-04-XXX <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING <br />TIlE SOLICITATION OF BIDS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #05-22, RTC Phase II <br />Segment I Street, Sewer and Water <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, thc construction of Zeolite Street, Civic Center Drive and Sapphire Street <br />arc integral parts of the improvements associated with Ramsey Town center; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this project has been specified to be funded fi'om the City Municipal bond <br />flmds; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, plans and specifications for Improvement Project #05-22 have been <br />prcpm'cd by iPctc Raatikka, Hakanson Anderson. <br /> <br />NOW TItEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) The plans and specifications prepared for the above referenced project are hereby accepted <br /> anti; <br /> <br />2) The City Administrator is directed to solicit bids for said project. <br /> <br />Thc motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br />and thc I¥11owing voted against the same: <br />and thc l'ollowing abstained: <br />and the lbllowing were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this thc 12th day of April 2005. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-04-XXX <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
