ORDINANCE #05- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY <br />CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />The fbllowing legally described property is hereby rezoned from R-2 Medium Density. Residential to <br />Planning Unit Development (PUD): <br /> <br /> Outlot A, Town Center Gardens, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> And <br /> <br /> Portions of Outlot C, Town Center Gardens, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> And <br /> <br /> Lot 2, Block 1, Town Center North, Anoka County, Minnesoth <br /> <br /> (the %ubject Property") <br /> <br />SECTION 2. MAP <br /> <br />The City Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey <br />Zoning Map", which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
