Recommendation: <br /> <br />Thc Planning Commission recommends approval of the zoning amendment for the following <br />reasons: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />b) <br />c) <br /> <br />the current restriction to 3 pumps was based on Coborn's site plan and not tied to <br />any particular formula for determining how many pumps would be considered an <br />'accessory use'; <br />increasing from 3 to 4 pumps is not a significant increase; <br />amending the Code does not compromise the intent of the current regulation. <br /> <br />CouncilAction: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember _ and seconded by Councilmember to introduce an <br />ordinance to amend City Code Section 9.20.25, Subd. 3 of the TC-2 Zoning District, to increase <br />the number of gasoline pumps allowed from 3 to 4. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />Community Development Director <br />Asst.
