PROPOSED ORDINANCE #05- <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.25(3)(a) "TC TOWN CENTER ZONING <br />DI, 1RIC OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />Thc City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Section 9.20.25 (Town Center Development Regulations), Subd. 3.a(b).9 is amended to read as <br />lbllows: <br /> <br /> 9) Gas operations shall constitute no more than four islands with a limit of eight individual dispensers. <br /> <br /> ~ ~T <br />SEC ION 2. SUMMARY <br /> <br />Thc tbllowing official summary of Ordinance #05-__ has been approved by the City Council of <br />the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br /> <br />It is thc intent and effect of Ordinance #05-__ to amend Chapter 9.20.25 (Town Center Zoning <br />District) of the Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision of Land) to increase the <br />number of gas pumps allowed from 3 to 4 for accessory gasoline sales. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
