Counci lmcmber introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #05-04-XXX <br /> <br />RESOI,UTION AUTHORIZING $4,1)00 FROM THE LAWFUL GAMBLING FUND FOR <br />TIlE ANOKA AQUATIC CENTER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has contributed to the Anoka Aquatic Center for the <br />past seven years; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the amount to be contributed has been a total of $4,000 annually; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, funding for the contribution is to come from the Lawful Gambling Fund. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br /> The City Council authorizes a contribution to the Anoka Aquatic Center in the amount of <br /> $4,000 payable from the Lawful Gambling Fund. <br /> <br />Thc motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> ., and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and thc following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and thc following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this 12th day of April, 2005. <br /> <br />ATTI~ST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Cily Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
