Mortenson, also known as Lynn Mortenson, single, of Anoka County, Minnesota, Grantor, hereby conveys and warrants to the State of Minnesota, Grantee, real property in Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: All of the following: That part ct the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 32 North, Range 25 West, shown as Parcel 8 on Minnesota Department of Transportation Right of Way Plat Numbered 02-18 as the same is on file and of record in the office of'the County Recorder in and for Anoka County, Minnesota; containing 0.023 hectare (0.06 acre), more or less; together with other rights as set forth below, forming and being part of said Parcel 8: Drainage Easement: A drainage easement in perpetuity as shown on s~id plat as to said Parcel 8 and designated as a drainage easement; containing 0.004 hectare (0.01 acre), more or less; Temporary Eesement: A temporary easement for highway purposes as shown on said plat as to said Parcel 8 by the temporary easement symbol, said easement shall cease on December 1, 2005, or on such earlier date upon which the Commissioner of Transportation determines by formal order that it is no longer needed for highway purposes, together with all hereditaments and appurtenances belonging thereto.
