Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #20-040 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING LISTING F NORTHERN SEVEN (7) ACRES OF LOT 1, <br />BLOCK 1, BURY AND CARLSON ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City lists the Northern 9.3 Acres of Lot 1, Block 1, Bury and Carlson <br />Addition for economic development purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey is in the process of designing the future Public Works <br />Facility and it is possible that some additional land (1.9 acres) could be needed to complete <br />the project efficiently; and <br />WHEREAS, the design process for the Public Works Campus should be complete in a few <br />months. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the listing of the Northern Seven (7) <br />Acres for economic development purposes. <br />2) In the event that it is determined that the 1.9 acres is not needed for the Public Works <br />Campus The Ramsey City Council approves the listing of the 1.9 acres for economic <br />development purposes. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />None <br />
