CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, February 11, 2020, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: <br />Members Absent: <br />Also Present: <br />1. <br />Acting Mayor Chris Riley <br />Councilmember Nadine Heinrich <br />Councilmember Mark Kuzma <br />Councilmember Jeff Menth <br />Councilmember Debra Musgrove <br />Councilmember Dan Specht <br />Mayor John LeTourneau <br />City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br />Police Captain Brad Bluml <br />Public Works Superintendent Grant Riemer <br />Administrative Services Director Colleen Lasher <br />Deputy City Administrator Timothy Gladhill <br />City Engineer Bruce Westby <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Acting Mayor Riley called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:05 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Acting Mayor Riley. <br />2. PRESENTATION <br />None. <br />3. CITIZEN INPUT <br />Police Captain Bluml thanked all the residents for their support at the recent Tip a Cop event at <br />Acapulco, noting that the funds raised are donated to the Special Olympics. He stated that a <br />Police Department team will also be participating in the Polar Plunge event at Crooked Lake. <br />4.
