The City of Ramsey is home to 16,230 registered voters; 2553 of them voted in the Presidential Nomination Primary Election on Tuesday, March 3. All eight polling locations were open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. In -person absentee as well as absentee by mail began in January and continued through March 2. A total of 329 persons voted some form of absentee. The numbers show about an 18% turnout in Ramsey. Staff is completing the after election duties and will begin recruiting more judges as well as gear up for absentee voting for the State Primary to begin in June. Spring Load Restrictions.
