Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #20-041 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL AND DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT FOR RIVERSTONE 4th ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, Riverstone Development LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for <br />Final Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Outlots F and H, RIVERSTONE, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />(the `Subject Property'); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved a revised Preliminary Plat with several contingencies on <br />February 24, 2020. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants Final Plat approval for Riverstone 4th Addition. <br />2. That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Development Agreement between the Developer and <br />the City for Riverstone 4th Addition. <br />3. Certificates of Occupancy shall not be provided for indicated (hashed) lots on Exhibit A until executing <br />a contract for Puma Street reconstruction. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this 10th day of <br />March, 2020. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />
