Development slowed around 2008, so the agreement was to postpone this improvement until continued <br />development warranted the expansion. The City is currently exploring the design of this segment to ensure the <br />expansion is not built for excessive, unused capacity. <br />There are a number of other important site improvements necessary to see the final completion of The COR. TIF <br />District 14 has been identified as a potential funding source. There are real needs as seller of developable land. TIF <br />uses taxes generated within the District to pay for improvements within the District, without looking at other <br />funding sources generated outside the District.
