CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, February 24, 2020, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: <br />Members Absent: <br />Also Present: <br />1. <br />Mayor John LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Nadine Heinrich <br />Councilmember Mark Kuzma <br />Councilmember Jeff Menth <br />Councilmember Debra Musgrove <br />Councilmember Chris Riley <br />Councilmember Dan Specht <br />None <br />City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br />Police Chief Jeff Katers <br />Parks and Assistant Public Works Superintendent Mark Riverblood <br />Public Works Superintendent Grant Riemer <br />Deputy City Administrator Timothy Gladhill <br />City Engineer Bruce Westby <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor LeTourneau called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:08 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor LeTourneau. <br />2. PRESENTATION <br />2.01: State of the City Address <br />Mayor LeTourneau provided the State of the City presentation, providing a recap of City <br />operations, updates and news from the past year, as well as a look ahead at what is to come in the <br />new year. <br />3. CITIZEN INPUT <br />Elwyn Tinklenberg, The Tinklenberg Group, stated that there have been a variety of events with <br />leaders from the legislature including a local visit to Ramsey from the Chair and members of the <br />House Transportation Committee. He stated that they have also recently met with the Chair of <br />the Senate Transportation Committee and other key leaders in the legislature.
