City Council Special Work Session (6:00 pm — LIR) <br />• Local Road Funding <br />Council Update <br />13601 Tungsten Street NW (Dahlheimer Building) Purchased by Global Glove. Global <br />Glove, an existing Ramsey business, is expanding its operations here in Ramsey. Global Glove <br />currently operates out of a 61,000 Square foot building at 13915 Radium St NW. On March 4, <br />2020 they purchased the former Dahlheimer Building to add warehouse space for its growing <br />business; more than doubling its footprint here in Ramsey. A sales price of 2.5M for the 64,500 <br />square foot building, including the mezzanine, was reported by the owner. Congratulations to <br />Global Glove for their continued success and commitment to the City of Ramsey. <br />Ramsey Rotary Announces Disbanding. Ramsey Rotary members announced this week that the <br />club will be dissolving effective March 31, 2020. The club had been experiencing declining <br />membership and has, regrettably, come to the decision to disband. The Ramsey Rotary began in <br />2004 and was made up of local Ramsey professionals. Its members volunteered time and resources <br />for the betterment of our community. The City is thankful to have had your community partnership <br />these many years.
