Public Works Superintendent Riemer stated that they are currently working on the preliminary <br /> design, which would be completed in April or May. He explained that the building may need to <br /> be turned in order to get the best use of the sun and for truck access. He explained that as long as <br /> the land is available, they would like the flexibility during the design process. <br /> Motion by Councilmember Kuzma, seconded by Councilmember Riley, to Adopt Resolution <br /> #20-040 Approving Listing of Northern Seven (7) Acres of Lot 1, Block 1, Bury and Carlson <br /> Addition. <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor LeTourneau, Councilmembers Kuzma, Riley, Heinrich, <br /> Menth, Musgrove, and Specht. Voting No:None. <br /> S.
