Councilmember Specht introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #20-041 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL AND DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT FOR RIVERSTONE 4th ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, Riverstone Development LLC, hereafter referred to as "Developer", <br />properly applied for Final Plat approval of the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br />Outlots F and H, RIVERSTONE, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />(the `Subject Property'); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved a revised Preliminary Plat with several <br />contingencies on February 24, 2020. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants Final Plat approval for Riverstone 4th <br />Addition. <br />2) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the Development Agreement between the <br />Developer and the City for Riverstone 4th Addition. <br />3) Certificates of Occupancy shall not be provided for indicated (hashed) lots on Exhibit A <br />until executing a contract for Puma Street reconstruction. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Musgrove, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Specht <br />Councilmember Musgrove <br />Councilmember Heinrich <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember Menth <br />Councilmember Riley <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />
