r <br />• <br />Councilmember Hendriksen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #00 -12 -331 <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF HOLIDAY ACRES <br />WHEREAS, Phoenix Enterprise, L.L.C., hereafter referred to as "Developer", has <br />properly applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the <br />City of Ramsey: <br />Outlots A, B, C, and G, River Bend 3rd Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on <br />December 5, 2000, and recommended the Developer proceed to the final plat stage; and <br />WHEREAS, as a result of prior agreement with respect to River's Bend Park and <br />the Rum River Bridge Corridor, this particular area has been exempted from any park <br />dedication requirements. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1) That the Council hereby grants final plat approval of Holiday Acres in accordance <br />• <br />with relevant City Codes as pursuant to the attached Development Agreement which <br />is a part of this resolution. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Connolly and upon vote being taken thereof, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Connolly <br />Councilmember Anderson <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />
