• <br />• <br />RESOLUTION #00 -12 -321 <br />1550585 <br />Board Member Kociscak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />i7- 3a- qty -000 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND DECLARING 74— <br />TERMS OF SAME <br />WHEREAS, Derek Nordvik, hereinafter referred to as "Permittee ", has properly applied <br />for a variance to the 4 units in 40 acres density restriction on the property generally known as <br />15710 Armstrong Blvd. N.W. and legally described as follows: <br />That part of the Southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 17, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, except part platted as <br />Whispering Pines Estates Plat 3, except road subject of easement of record. <br />(the " Subject Property" ) <br />• WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on December 5, 2000„ conducted a public <br />hearing and adopted findings of fact relating to the request. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. Based on Findings of Fact #0543, a variance is hereby granted to the 4 units in 40 acres <br />density restriction in the Rural Transition Area as established by Section 9.20.11 of the <br />Ramsey City Code. <br />2. The Permittee shall be permitted to plat the Subject Property into two (2) 2.5 acre lots in <br />accordance with City Code. <br />3. That any future resubdivision of the property shall be in accordance with City Code. <br />4. The Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br />this variance. <br />
