• • RESOLUTION #00 -12 -321 1550585 Board Member Kociscak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: i7- 3a- qty -000 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND DECLARING 74— TERMS OF SAME WHEREAS, Derek Nordvik, hereinafter referred to as "Permittee ", has properly applied for a variance to the 4 units in 40 acres density restriction on the property generally known as 15710 Armstrong Blvd. N.W. and legally described as follows: That part of the Southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 17, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, except part platted as Whispering Pines Estates Plat 3, except road subject of easement of record. (the " Subject Property" ) • WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on December 5, 2000„ conducted a public hearing and adopted findings of fact relating to the request. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. Based on Findings of Fact #0543, a variance is hereby granted to the 4 units in 40 acres density restriction in the Rural Transition Area as established by Section 9.20.11 of the Ramsey City Code. 2. The Permittee shall be permitted to plat the Subject Property into two (2) 2.5 acre lots in accordance with City Code. 3. That any future resubdivision of the property shall be in accordance with City Code. 4. The Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this variance.
