Associate l'lanner Geisler advised the developer has not submitted any elevations for the proposed milts. The City has adopted detailed architectural standards for townhouse units. l.;lcvations will be required for all the different unit types in the proposed development. Associate Planner Geisler noted the preliminary plat will be brought before the Park Commission in March li)r a recommendation on park dedication. Citizen Input 'l'hcrc was none. Motion by Commissioner Brauer, seconded by Commissioner Levine, to close the public hearing. Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Vice Chairperson Johnson, Commissioners Brauer, Levine, Shepherd, Van Scoy, and Watson. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Nixt. 'l'hc public hearing closed at 10:00 p.m. Commission Business Vice Chairperson Johnson called the regular meeting of the Planning Commission back to order at 10:00 [).tn. It was noted the request for the site plan was to table it until the April 7, 2005 meeting. Associate t'lanner Geisler stated the recommendation to table the site plan was primarily to take a look at architectural elevations. Community Development Director Trudgeon noted the reasons for tabling the site plan. Corem issioner Shepherd asked what was being planned for Zone B. Associate t~lanner Geisler stated those are Row Houses, similar to what will be in Town Center. Commissioner Van Scoy stated it was hard to determine what was public and what was private on thc m Associate t)lanner Geisler stated Street A is public. She showed on the site plan what was indicated as private and public. (:ommissioncr Van Scoy asked if the driveways were adequate to service fire trucks and other service vetficles.
