The request is <br />to <;hangc the land use designation from R-1 Rural Reserve to Low Density Residential on the <br />property generally known as the St. Anthony Gun Club, which is located on the east side of <br />Variolitc at about 161 ~t Avenue. The amendment to the Comprehensive Plan, along with a <br />subdivision request, would allow the applicant to develop the property with single-family homes <br />served by sanitary sewer and municipal water. <br /> <br />('.ommunity Develop~nent Director Trudgeon explained Oakwood Land Development is <br />proposing to extend sanitary sewer and municipal water to the former St. Anthony Gun Club <br />property in the R-1 Residential - Rural Reserve District.
