There has been a chronic problem with draining in the area and this will provide an <br />easement so that once there are some storm water pipes put in the area, it has a place to drain <br />dox,¥~ to. <br /> <br />Mr. Jim Connier, TMH Development, stated regarding the drainage, staff proposed the twenty- <br />I'oot easement along Outlet A and lot seven; there is some potential room along the north to <br />accommodate storm water retention. He described the types of homes that will be put on the <br />property. Itc stated the price range would be around mid $250,000 and up for the splits, <br />$300,000 plus for the modified homes. <br /> <br />Mr. I Iartman indicated he was also concerned about the lighting in the area. It was noted there <br />was not any lighting in that neighborhood. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Brauer, seconded by Commissioner Shepherd, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion (iarricd.
