The Commission decision <br />will be forwarded to the City Council for ratification. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: None <br /> <br />COMMISSION/STAFF INPUT <br /> <br />Chairperson Johns noted she received a couple of letters from the EDA expressing their <br />interest in the trails. <br /> <br />Chairperson Johns stated the MET Council sent them a letter from the Transportation <br />Advisory Board and interest in participating. It was noted there would be a meeting for a call <br />for public comment. <br /> <br />· Environmental Exposition Dates & Si~up - <br /> <br />Chairperson Johns stated this was being held May 7, 2005 and they would like to have the <br />following information present: <br /> <br /> Master Trail Plan <br />· Trail MaP <br />· Park Improvements <br />· Town Center maps <br />· Aerial <br />· New Pier <br />° PowerPoint Presentation <br /> Alpine Discovery Garden and Elmcrest information <br />° Question or Comment box/suggestion box <br /> <br />Chairperson Johns thought next month they could discuss shifts. <br /> <br />Civil Engineer II Linton stated the City is bringing online a cluster ordinance which does not <br />allow any more units that are allowed per the current formula but they must be placed in one <br />cluster area in the development and would utilize community sewer and water. He indicated <br />that if they start seeing this, they may start to see people north of Trott Brook Where it is less <br />developed. He would like the Commission to think about a new community park north of <br />Trott Park.
