Staff will be recommending to the Park and Recreation Commission that park dedication <br />be satisfied through a cash payment. The 2005 fee schedule is $2200/ unit for Park dedication, which <br />eqaates to $92,400 ($2200x 42). This recommendation Will be presented to the Park and Recreation <br />commission at their April meeting. <br /> <br />22. <br /> <br />Saaitary Sewer aad Water Trunk Fees: The city has established a sanitary sewer and water tmn~ fee that <br />must be paid prior to release of the f'mal plat for recording. Since the existing properties were not.l~ooked up. <br />to City Sewer and. Water, all 42 lots will need to pay the Sewer and Water Trunk Fees. The 2005 Rate is <br />$2962 per lot. The total amount due is $124,40'4 ($2962 x 42 lots), This amo.unt must be paid prior.to the <br />release of the final plat for recording.. <br /> <br />23. <br /> <br />Stormwater Management Fee: A storm, water management fee of $375 per lot must be paid fo~ ail new <br />lots created. The total amount due is $15,750 ($375 x 42 lots) and must be paid. prior to release of the final <br />plat. <br /> <br />24. Other Permits. The applicant is responsible for any other permits required by other'regulatOr,/agencies. <br /> <br />The Plam~ing Commission will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on ThurSday, Apri! 7, 2005 at the Ramsey Fire' Station <br />No. 1, 15050 Armstrong Blvd. NW, to review your preliminary plat and ske plan.
