Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #00 -10 -264 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 3 PARTIAL PAYMENT TO MEADOWVALE <br />CONSTRUCTION FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #99 -66 (JUNIPER RIDGE DRIVE <br />STORM SEWER), #99 -68 (164 LANE STORM SEWER) AND #00 -28 (FLINTWOOD <br />STORM SEWER) <br />WHEREAS, City Engineer Steve Jankowski inspected the completed work and <br />recommended third partial payment to Meadowvale Construction in the amount of $47,818.92. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the City Council hereby authorizes third partial payment to Meadowvale <br />Construction for Improvement Project #99 -66, #99 -68 and #00 -28 in the amount of <br />$$47,818.92 on October 10, 2000. <br />2) That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City <br />Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. <br />3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of <br />bills for the month of October 2000. <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this <br />resolution. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Connolly, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Connolly <br />Councilmember Anderson <br />Councilmember Hendriksen <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />None <br />
