<br />Councilmember Riley introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #20-027 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION POSTPONING THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT TO ALLOW AN OVERSIZED GROUND SIGN ON THE PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 7990 SUNWOOD DRIVE NW AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br /> <br />1.Due to Emergency Declarations at the local, State and Federal level regarding <br />COVID-19, the City must reassess how to conduct Public Hearings to ensure <br />procedural compliance. is postponing this Public Hearing until further notice. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Public Hearing for a Conditional Use Permit for an oversized ground sign at <br />7990 Sunwood Drive NW is hereby postponed due to the ongoing concerns of COVID- <br />19 and that new Public Hearing Notices will be provided in the future. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Heinrich, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Heinrich <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Menth <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
