Can be requested by families who <br />meet the following requirements: <br />Youth must live in Saint Paul, be 18 years old or <br />younger, and qualify for free/reduced lunches. Proof <br />of residency must be demonstrated prior to final <br />registration. <br />• Youth who qualify can receive up to $100 in fee <br />assistance per year. Parents may request up to <br />50% of the cost of an activity. Refunds will not be <br />issued for unused credits. Cannot be used for facility <br />memberships, season passes, or daycare fees. <br />Non-residents: Parks and recreation agencies often offer a <br />reduced rate for their residents, thus encouraging residents <br />to participate in activities where they reside. Increased local <br />participation can aid in building a community identity and <br />increasing overall engagement. For example: <br />',ARKS & FitCFrt/riik adds a $5 non-resident <br />fee to programs under $49 and a $10 fee for programs $50 <br />and over. <br />cT PAUI PARKc ,R• PFCRFATUT adds a 50% surcharge to <br />the regular resident rate, which is much greater than other <br />agencies.
