As a rule, in -lake and <br />in -stream projects such as shoreline stabilization, that address water quality <br />impairments are a top priority because the pollutant delivery ratio is 100%. <br />The following lists activities with the parameter of concern and scientific <br />foundation noted in parenthesis. <br />SURFACE WATER PROJECTS <br />> Subwatershed retrofit analysis (sediment & nutrients - SRA) <br />identified projects that address priority resource concerns <br />including but not limited to: <br />o St. Francis stormwater retrofits (sediment & nutrients - St. <br />Francis SRA, URRWMO Watershed Management Plan) <br />o City of Anoka stormwater retrofits (sediment & nutrients - <br />City of Anoka SRA) <br />o Coon and Martin Lakes stormwater retrofits (sediment & <br />nutrients - SRWMO Watershed Management Plan, SRA <br />for Coon and Martin lakes) <br />> Shoreline and streambank stabilizations including but not limited <br />to: <br />o Rum Riverbank stabilizations (sediment - Rum River <br />bank stabilization analysis, URRWMO Watershed <br />Management Plan) <br />o Lakeshore restorations, especially at George, Linwood, <br />Coon and Martin Lakes (sediment & nutrients - SRWMO <br />11 <br />
